80 m/l acres that has been used for row crop with a small amount of timber. 41.8 CSR and fenced all the way around. Located a few miles east of highway 65 and northwest of Clio. The current farm plan has 53.8 tillable acres. If you want to have a corn/bean continuous rotation NH3 cannot be used. Fertilizer must be spread. If you want to knife then a hay rotation would have to be implemented. There is also the chance you could add wheat into the corn/bean rotation and you could be continuous but could not double crop wheat/beans.
